Acting freely and in my own interest, I consent to the processing of the personal data provided in this registration form by the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, hereinafter referred to as the Operator.

The data will be processed for the purposes of registering for the AI for Diplomats of Central Eurasia programme, reviewing the application, communicating participation details, supporting the delivery of the programme, compiling participant lists and preparing educational records.

The consent covers the collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, anonymization, restriction, deletion and destruction of personal data by automated and non-automated means.

This consent remains valid until 31 December of the year following completion of the programme. It may be withdrawn by sending a request to aicentre@inno.mgimo.ru. Once the processing purposes have been achieved or the consent has been withdrawn, the data will be deleted or anonymized unless continued retention is required by law.
